HTC Increadible 2.1

HTC MTP Device - Failed. Does anyone know how to fix it? Update 12:51 - I have unpluged the phone from computer, turned on deguging mode. The instaltion still fails. Update 1:06 - Winods Devices and Software Troubleshooter has fixed the problem.
