I didn't need to reinstall Windows 7 Service Pack 1. All I had to do was uninstall Io Bit Uninstaller. That is what was causing the crash.

My Windows Explorer crashed. I am going to try reinstalling Windows 7 Service Pack 1 to see if it fixes the problem.
